while i agree wholeheartedly, this is where the problem in the county lies. the people who vote for these moronic policies do not see this as real life consequences. they see it as R's are mean and racist and D's just want to help everyone........they feel like that because the majority of them are not footing the bill. apply this to pretty much anything and everything that we face today and its creating the divide the elites want.
