Doesn't matter where he sends them, the whole country will
get their "fair share", we are so fricked.

I agree with this but the point still stands that he would be slapped down hard for attempting to deport them and would lose on the issue....
His first job is to look after Texas... So shipping illegals out anyway that he can makes sense for him....

True. But Texas should not have to shoulder the burden just because of their geography. Especially when they do not want an open border and would be enforcing the law, securing the border properly, but the federal government is keeping them from doing it. The burden has to be spread around for people to notice and decide to do something about it.
