i'm just saying the job itself (lower third of the ACC), relatively small fanbase, smaller stadium capacity (44k), and lack of resources to compete on a nat'l level (hell, even winning the ACC is virtually impossible at BC)

and no, never been to the boston area. i'm sure it's a great area if you say so, and has a great intrinsic value to people from there, but most coaches who have competed at the highest level don't want to remain at a place like BC, no offense

The guy couldn’t win in the NE at Penn State with superior resources and rosters to his B10 competition.

He’s gonna quickly hit a ceiling at BC because he’s not a guy who creates schematic advantages.

There were multiple opponents openly talking about how they consistently knew what the next play was going to be while he was in Tuscaloosa and nothing ever was done.

They’re probably ok with 6-8 wins a year and he can probably get them there.
