The guy couldn’t win in the NE at Penn State with superior resources and rosters to his B10 competition.
He’s gonna quickly hit a ceiling at BC because he’s not a guy who creates schematic advantages.
There were multiple opponents openly talking about how they consistently knew what the next play was going to be while he was in Tuscaloosa and nothing ever was done.
They’re probably ok with 6-8 wins a year and he can probably get them there.

Would probably be pretty easy to sustain that given how weak the middle and bottom of the conference is. If they fluked their way into an elite QB there's no reason they couldn't compete for conference titles once in a blue moon. I mean hell Jeff Jag did it.

While I think he gets a bit too much credit for that Penn State run, it’s silly to hold it against him like they were really Penn State back then. He took the job after the Sandusky sanctions, winning 7/8 games was viewed as a miracle at the time
