Paging lsu777: muscle weakness on trt

Getting my blood work tomorrow.
But today, slept weord early in the week and have a pinched nerve in the neck shoulder area on the left. Pinky was numb and grip strength seemed down on the left hand. BP is perfect.
Was walking in the house today and tried to see how weak the hand/arm was. Grabbed a 40 with the left. Picked it up... And couldn't curl it to save my life.
But the odd part is... Couldn't do it with the right either. I usually do 60s. Occasionally 75s.
Just feeling beat up.
100mg test twice a week.
15mg of dhea daily
9mg of boron daily
.25mg Anastrozole twice a week
Water consumption has been admittedly down. Diet has been meh... Nothing processed, but fat higher than normal. Lower calories lately. Added a little extra carbs today. Lean beef. Bread and butter. shite ton of honey. Whole milk.
Still feeling fatigued. Not really sure if I should attribute it to hormone issues or nerve issue in the shoulder

If it’s anything to do with hormones it might be the anastrozole has crashed your e2 so low it’s causing issues
My suggestion, drop it, stay out the gym this week, get 10 hours of sleep nightly, eat protein, veggies, fruit and maybe potatoes…drop anything that could be cause inflammation
Go see chiropractor and get an adjustment. If you never been, don’t fall for the sales bullshite, just need an adjustment but will prolly make you do X-rays and shite like always
Then later get lien to deep tissue messages this week. Try and get some recover in and last thing….and only thing to do in the gym, hang from a pull up bar like you are doing a pull-up and sink into the stretch. Try and accumulate 3-5 min a day this week
Come back next weekend and let me know how it feels. Chiro can be optional, highly suggest the others
And for the love of god, y’all need to stop being so scared of estrogen, yall aren’t getting gyno from 200mg test

i would love to know how you are getting prescribed 200mg a week. my doc won't let me go over 100
