Why do Americans care what happens with the pretend ruler of a country we fought to leave?

Prostate cancer is very treatable when caught early. I'm sure King Charles has access to competent medical care

People are fascinated by families. Fake ones on soap operas, or real ones like Duck Dynasty or the Kennedy, Bush , families. We all are part of a family which is a fascinating institution. It is kess about being Royal and more about being known.

I read it was not prostate, and they found it during his surgery. I have read what type it is.

I really could give two shits about the happenings of the Royal Family personally as an American. However if given a choice I would rather it never go away as an institution. The British not having a Monarchy would be like Spain not having bull fighting. I don't care for or want a Royal Family/bull fighting in America. But I also don't want places around the world to lose their identity and ancient traditions.

"When they announced that he was having surgery for an "enlarged prostate," I knew this was coming. I don't think they operate if the prostate is merely enlarged"

Actually it has become quite common to do a prostatectomy for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia or enlarged prostate. It is also not unusual to find foci of carcinoma in the enlarged prostate once it has been removed. According to the grade and extent of the carcinoma, further treatment may be required. A low grade carcinoma in a 75 year old man, likely will just bear watching it to see if it progresses. You can do this by comparing the PSA pre and post surgery.

So... it's not prostate cancer

What type of cancer could be discovered doing the bph surgery? Is it possible to find liver or pancreatic?

What cancer would cause Harry to pick up and fly back
