I don't think cigars are what you're looking for to curb the urge to smoke cigarettes. Sure, some of them can pack a punch, but it's not the same as cigarettes.

You're probably looking for something more like Nicorette or Zyn.

If you do try a cigar, don't go cheap, or too cheap, it's not usually a good experience. Try something like a Perdomo 10th Anniversary Champagne. They are very tasty and on the milder side, which makes them a great entry into cigars. It'll cost you anywhere from $5-$10 depending on where you get them.
