did DA have a good hiring and firing record on picking coaches with the raiders

just curious, for those who know, did he make any good coaching hires there before he was fired?
just trying to get a read on what his record was as far as him selecting his coaching staff there

He didn’t have 1st or 2nd round picks his first season and salary cap issues. The Raiders job was set up for failure

his first time drafting the Raiders didn't have a pick until the 3rd round.
I don't recognize any of the names that they picked that year off the top of my head.
His second draft they picked Latavius Murray in the 6th round. Don't recognize any other names.
His third draft they picked Khalil Mack round 1, Carr Round 2, and Gabe Jackson guard out of Miss. State in Round 3.

In two years he’s fired both his defensive and offensive coordinators. He had the choice of hiring whoever he wanted the first go around.
He’s in way over his head and shoujd have been flushed after the year.

The board doesn’t know who did the hiring and firing when he was with the raiders.
Just like most teams it can be the owner, GM, HC, etc or combination.

How can you quantify a good hiring and firing record if he's never had a winning season????? One would summize his record on everything is HORRIBLE!
