So what schools can a player commit to over us and it's not about money?

LSU averaged 5.4 wins and had 3 total winning seasons in the 90s.
A&m has top of the line facilities and has had 1 losing season in the last decade.
They're not at LSU's current level (or really even close to it imo) but they are lightyears above where LSU was in the mid 90s.
