I remember feeling unenthusiastic about Thornton and our OL recruiting at one time. It just seemed we were missing out on quite a few but is proving to be a very good recruiter.

Just shows it takes some time to build trust and pipelines and not always a speedy process. Same can be said for Auburn’s rebuild as a whole.

I am fine being proven wrong because the burden is heavy always being right and one I choose not to carry.

To be fair the 24 cycle was a weak OL group anyway.

Plus, OL are traditionally hard to recruit in one year. They tend to favor longer relationships.
