It’s about the entire League being diverse in all aspects of the league, not just players being black or minority

The players on the field aren’t diverse at all, unless you just mean “black people are over represented”.

Asians, Hispanics, middle eastern, women, and the disabled are horrifically under represented.

Why aren’t they serious about diversity in the most public aspect of the organization?
