He doesn't want to be under his shadow anymore. He is on a mission doing his own thing and it is working. Why change it? Why didn't he go to Washington when DeBoer became the HC there? Again, he wanted to be on his own.

Yea that’s reasonable. The wide receivers coach did a wonderful job with the receivers so Co-oc sounds like it could be the move.
