There’s no shortage of coaches. There’s nothing that needs to be done. The people who find that work worth the money or are good at that role will replace those guys and the world will keep spinning

This fricking sucks for sure. But if you look at the broader scope, it's indicative of a larger problem from the nil and recruiting perspective in college. It's just gonna be more common for college coaches to take less money for the work load of the NFL compared to college
