Where the hell are some of you people from? It's a typical satirical Mardi Gras float. You take it in good fun. Carr certainly seemed to.

Exactly. It's a pretty incredible float design and Carr took it in stride.

Yep. Chaos is a satirical parade. They also had a float of Livvy Dunne holding moneybags.

People who think this is “distasteful” or “shitty” must be out of town Saints fans that don’t know about Chaos or Krewe d’Etat.

Satirical parades are nothing new. Momus started in 1871 as a satirical parade until the 90s when Chaos took their spot when they stopped parading.
