You knew what I was saying, but figured you put this out there as a gotcha because when it comes to Carr, you fit the description from the OP.
14th highest paid, as in 14 out of 32 starting QBs. So they top 43.75% of his position.
Are Jones & Watson not paid mor than Carr? Did I say it was ok for the team to over-pay and over-guarantee his contract? I have said, that when put into context he is paid as an average starting QB and he has given average returns...and that was when his cap hit was actually only $7.2M so his burden on the cap at that time was actually 21st amongst QBs and 206th highest paid 2023 cap hit
