Run rule after 3 if you are top 5 in the country. After 5 otherwise.

Or you could just limit your innings to 9 batters regardless of whether or not they make three outs

Rummel fans riddle me this…

You played Karr twice this week. Why isn’t Arencibia starting against us? I get y’all want to beat BM and win district but we’re worth more power points

Who knows why coaches do what they do. We don’t even have our best pitchers in our starting rotation for district and playoffs. ?????

ASH plays inspired ball tonight on Senior Night and gives WM all they want. WM wins 3-1, but a stark turnaround from last night.

A win vs BM on Saturday or Tuesday of these next few days brings district that much closer for Rummel. They made the state final as a #13 seed last year so I don't think seeding is top priority as winning district might be since it has been so long. So you definitely pitch Arencibia on Saturday vs BM.

Surprisingly, Rummel Baseball has been to 3 state titles since 2012 but they have not won district in baseball since 2006. A win Saturday brings them that much closer since they only have 4 district games left and BM has 3.

District Standings as of tonight (Each team plays 12):

Rummel 7-1
BM 6-3
Curtis 5-3
Jesuit 4-3
Holy Cross 4-4
St. Aug 4-5
Karr 0-11

Rummel just hit a grand slam in the top of the seventh of what was a 3-3 game… they lead now 9-3

Where did the 2 extra runs come from?

They hit a single up the middle off Bryce Wilson to make it 5-3… then we brought in our best reliever and they hit the grand slam…

They aren’t.

They are a solid squad that has faced a difficult schedule.
