Chalmette is also #8 in the power rankings. In years past, hasn't Chalmette made the playoffs only because of winning district because their power points were too low?

Yeah, hence why I complained about our schedule

I believe if we end up going on the road again for the playoffs, it will be because we didn’t call our game against Patrick Taylor a rainout last week… we beat them 18-1 but they’re going to hurt our power rating

I still think it’s skewed elsewhere. We don’t have a single B or C team in driving distance but districts 1, 2, and 3 have plenty. We probably should look at going to winning percentage like basketball does instead of just 1 point per opponent win, and look at going from 20 points for a win to 34

Yea with us we should keep moving up with the schedule we played as long as we win our district games we are supposed to win. Our worse loss was lakeshore but they have been on a roll since I just think they had a bad start with the new coach and are coming around now
