See that Catholic High won the Recruiting Select League of High School baseball in Louisiana!!

Lmao catholic doesn’t have to recruit. Especially for baseball. In the middle of the most dominant comprehensive sports run in the history of the state. The talent follows that.

Also this thread has turned into a shite show.

West Monroe, Catholic-BR, Barbe and Opelousas Catholic are loaded for years to come. Who else?

ETA: Teurlings Catholic had a lot of impact underclassmen.

1940s Jesuit

1950s istrouma

But C appears to be poised to continue the past couple of years. But don’t think that on a statewide perception the trophies they had to return tarnish some of this run. Deny it if you want but it is a black eye.

I have to agree with this. Just look at their sub-varsity programs. They have at least one JV team and about 3 freshman teams. They are running out of colors to call the teams.

Parents willingly pay thousands of dollars in the summer for their child to play on one of the Knights - Bears teams knowing that it’s a summer long try out and no guarantee that their child will make the team.
