yes, but the systemic degradation of the police force via blm and democrat politicians over the last 4 years has made it worse. furthermore, when someone else makes a, "mistake," they don't have qualified immunity, people don't die under a rain of taxpayer funded hot lead, have their assets seized, or are wrongly fined and imprisoned by the police state. if a doctor screws up, sure, you could die, but there's the possibility of compensation. with the police state, compensation is a near impossibility. we have bottom feeder double digit iq individuals enforcing an ever-growing police state. every time the gavel drops and the plebs get what they want, i.e. "there should be a law," we give these state mouthpieces one more reason to fine and imprison us, and one more way for qualified immunity injustices to take place. stop downplaying how disturbing that scenario is.

i bet i wouldn't, and i'd bet your bootlicking arse would be better off if you thought the same way. if my life is in imminent danger, i'm not calling the state to come save my life. not everyone wants cradle-to-grave coddling by the politicians and their bureacrats and police force.

it's no fault to the individual officer himself, but his job means that he is inherently not a friend to a free citizen. the day that so called "small government" conservatives get that into their minds, and the day that leftist democrat authoritarian statist shills realize the head of the snake is the politician passing the laws and not the policemen enforcing them (no law = no arrest), is the day this country can start moving forward.
