They only do this for women’s records. This o e, if a female coach has most wins, they say “most of men’s and women’s.”
If a dude does it they’ll just say “meds record.”
I don’t actually care either way, but it’s fun to spot the differences
Besides, PM didn’t play a full career at LSU, didn’t have a 3 pt line, averaged over 44 a game, etc. Every basketball fan knows the deal, they’re just playing to recency/gender bias and a dumb basketball audience.
