True. But when has traffic really ever backed up onto the bridge from that exit? I take that exit every day and I have for decades, and I hardly ever recall the traffic backing up onto the bridge. If so, it was rare and usually due to a wreck on the bridge westbound or the light on Nicholson not being synchronized or controlled for a big event (Bayou Country Superfest).
