I get 7. Sleep is super important to health, especially to ward off dementia. I take the Andrew Huberman “sleep cocktail”. You can find it on Amazon. I used to have trouble falling asleep, not any. Make sure you don’t eat or play on electronics 2 hours before bed. Get early morning sunlight. Go listen to Huberman podcast on the topic of sleep. Best of luck!
