Used to get 8 or 9, but as I’ve gotten older, 5 is good for me.

For those having trouble going to sleep, try taking Magnesium Glycinate about an hour before bedtime. Keep in mind that there are several types of Magnesium, so be sure to get the Glycinate type in chelate form to assure it’s high quality ingredients.
