I’d simply look at some of the actual backlog of projects that are actually listed, but aren’t in the works due to a lack of funding.

I'd pay my wife's company $10 billion dollars to fix our dead end street and leave Louisiana when she's done.

I would start this at the Sabine River when you come across the state line. Texas had to bottleneck down because of Louisiana's side is only two lanes. Would be great if you could zoom in four or more lanes from Houston to Baton Rouge.

Fix the I-12/Airline interchange. Clover leaf interchanges are garbage and that one is a massive clog point for traffic every day.
