I miss dark mode

Even with my brightness turned nearly all of the way down, my eyes are hurting.
Make the darkness permanent please.

An app / site / program has to reach a certain threshold of coolness before it has a "dark mode." I am not wanting to use LinkedIn or the Ameris pay-your-mortgage app in dark mode.
TD is probably cool enough to have a dark mode.

I opted out of the new mode on secR and cannot get back.
I only see desktop option.
