Offensive line play in college football is awful.

At all levels. It's a huge issue. The NFL is struggling mightily with Oline play. It's why the product has suffered, IMO

The CBA restricts the amount of practice - especially full contact practice. And, then, the coaches throw away opportunities to have their OL gel in preseason by playing starters one or two series a game. There's a price to be paid for that "load management".

Absolutely. It starts at the HS level too with all of the shotgun/spread offenses. He's right about QB play too. It's awful now and just like the OL play, it's showing in the NFL which has created an awful product that will only get worse.

From run concepts completely disappearing from High Schools and the advent of the running QB.

I’m sure that’s part of it, but how many guys are coached on both the O Line and QB to do what these pro coaches need them to do? It’s completely different systems and rules. I wish gameplay rules were both the same and in college. Some examples:
Why are the hashes different widths?
Why are college lineman allowed 3 yards downfield while pro’s 1 yard?

These make massive differences in what’s required.
