Id imagine the recent rulings in the Tennessee and NCAA cases in general will allow him to seek an injunction on any potential ineligible ruling.

Well that’s the NCAA being told they don’t have any power to enforce penalties.

LSU is a member institution of the SEC. If the SEC rules something, not much LSU can do to fight it.
