Well that’s the NCAA being told they don’t have any power to enforce penalties.

LSU is a member institution of the SEC. If the SEC rules something, not much LSU can do to fight it.

All these schools are member institutions of the NCaA and when they rule something, the court overturns it. The SEC isn’t held any less to anti trust and labor laws than the NCAA.

If brought to court, they’d get the same ruling.
