Lots of “Old” generational money in the area. If you are not born there you will never be in the clicks, but you are correct, it has some really beautiful landscapes. Private schools will likely be the better option because they’ve had to lax on the requirements at the STEM school to keep the student population diverse enough.

This isn’t a new roads only thing. This is very common in Louisiana. From small towns all the way up to the city.

But honestly who cares to be in those circles?
