re: School me on best rain gear to wear while fishing?

I got some fishing bibs on a crazy clearance sale a few years ago that work very well, but they are winter bibs, so not really practical in summer. My duck hunting jacket keeps me dry all day as well, but again, not practical in summer.

The cheap frog Togs work great I find, except they are like a plastic sweat suit and don't breathe at all.
