Junior Day (March 9th) visitor list


-Absolutely loaded recruiting weekend coming up.

-Majority of their 9 commits coming in. James Simon the top RB recruit that they're after.

-Florida, Texas, Georgia, Alabama all represented and it's a whose who of recruits.

-Immediately after the dead period we have top targets coming to LSU after the staff was on the road recruiting them before.

-Guys that aren't on this weekends list are still coming but in the next weeks

-LSU & Ohio State are off to incredible starts this cycle.

-Tigers after multiple #1's at their positions.

-Stacked list of WR's coming











-Cortez Mills is someone that LSU is trying to make a movie. Earned On3 honors in Miami this past weekend.

-Half the top 10 WR's are coming into class along with the #1 WR in 2026

-Shea looking at the LB group. Blake Baker first DC first big recruiting event. Lots of out of state talent coming in. They get to come to practice Friday and film study on Saturday. Get to see him as recruiter and coach.

-Half the LB list he was previously recruiting at Mizzou. better than 50% someone visiting will be in this class. Only has about 9 offers to LB.

-Tavion Wallace one of Billy's favorite recruits in this class. Brother is Trevon Wallace that was at Kentucky.

-Charles Ross out of Northshore in Houston is someone seeing his stock rise. Baker visited last month and offered. Runs a 10.6 100m and he is blowing up with offers. He made a move into the top 300. Billy could see him in this class. Also believe LSU offered first and before him blowing up.



-Bo Davis & Brad Davis having huge weekend as well multiple 4*'s coming on both sides of the ball.

-Staff has laid the foundation down in early spring. These weekends in March are where the staff really has seemed to step up.

-Lots of guys are coming in Friday to watch practice and Saturday is actual junior day with no practice so it's a 48 hour thing. Friday-Saturday.

-Under Armour Miami was last weekend. A name that was blowing up there was Wilnerson Telemaque. He will visit June 14th-16th.

-Expect Bo to have a lot of DL come in this spring. LSU will have to go out of Texas. Look for them to poach Florida and Texas. Swinging in Mississippi. Bo will stretch this across two months to have more one on one meetings with prospects.



-Jaboree Antoine visited Miami after doing the end zone 7 on 7 after competing with the South Florida Express and went back to Mimai with them. Not ideal with Lance Guidry being down there.

-Shea says New Iberia native like Corey Raymond and this was really a battle with Texas. Miami gets a lot of visitors but doesn't really lead to a commitment.

-None of the guys that have been offered by LSU have bucked LSU so far.

-LSU going hard after DJ Pickett. He is taking a lot of visits and has also been to Oregon. Connection with Corey Raymond from being recruited at Florida. Visited LSU in January now this visit and has an official visit set up with LSU for his first.

-Could hear the case for team to beat. More confident in saying one of his top teams. A month and a half ago you weren't even in the picture.



-LSU in the past few years have moved up their recruiting timeline with Louisiana talent.

-Now that the staff has been here have been recruiting guys for multiple years so they feel like they can get kids to jump on board sooner rather than later.

-Now with the NCAA possibly going to adding a 3rd signing period in Summer. You could try to get all the Louisiana kids on board by Summer early and sign them then go through the season and go after other guys it could be huge. Just have to see what comes of it. Food for thought.

-Who do you think they can make real waves with this weekend? Take off James Simon and Micah Debose

-Billy says Dilan Battle out of Mansfield. One thing he told Billy when he got his reoffer was he felt the love from Bo when he was at Texas. If LSU turns up the heat believe that LSU has a shot.



-Shea says they could make waves with DJ Pickett. Getting that first visit out of the dead period.

-Another is Lamont Rogers who has talked about LSU constantly. He is one of those who is physically ready like Ory Williams who just needs to get some technical touch.

-Brad Davis does a great job getting guys that are physically ready and then getting guys who need a year or two.

-Rogers needs to refine his technique but Brad Davis is going after Micah Debose who has a very high floor as a prospect



-After some back and forth Bryce Underwood will be in town this weekend. You have all the commits coming into town. All three 5* commits are in town! He will also be in for the spring game in April. Two visits in two months. One of the highest ranked signess of all time.

-He is not playing the recruiting game taking visits and talking to other coaches. Went to the Super Bowl event and staff talked to him about how big it is for him to be in town.




-Expect at least one commit this weekend
