Creighton: one of the most explosive offenses in the country, a solid defense, and most importantly of all, a VETERAN team that is deeply motivated after having their hearts ripped out in last year's Elite Eight.

Kansas: Despite having their worst Big 12 conference record under Bill Self and a rather appalling inability to win on the road, this team has wins over three of the top four teams (Houston, UConn, and Tennessee), as well as other high-quality opponents like Kentucky. If they did it once, they can do it again. Don't underestimate the Jayhawks.

South Carolina: This team came out of nowhere and has had one heck of a season. They just took the top team in the SEC to the wire, and they have the ability to beat anyone in the country. It's a legit possibility that the Gamecocks' men and women basketball teams will win the championship in the same year.

Nice list but Creighton isnt going far, they don’t have anyone who can attack off the dribble and break down the defense.

I’d like to see Creighton win it all. I used to love watching them when Doug McDermott was there.

UConn has to be the favorite, and if I was a betting man that’s who I’d put my money on. I know that’s not going out on a limb, but from the couple times I’ve watched them they’ve looked solid.

I’d like to see Indiana St. make a little run as well and bring back a little Larry Bird magic

UConn has looked awesome, but I just don't know if they can win a second March Madness in a row.

Kalkbrenner can break a lot of defenses.

Kansas can be a 12 seed and you can’t call them underdogs, too much history

I have no idea who to pick as my champion, might be leaning Tennessee but they’ve let me down a bunch as a final four pick

South Carolina has had an extremely impressive season, but I would pencil them in as next to a 0% chance to win it all.

Iowa State
Auburn
Kentucky
Dayton

I agree with Creighton, and Kansas.

I think Kentucky is not an underdog, they're a frontrunner. ISU can definitely win it all. Not sure about Dayton. Auburn is kind of inconsistent, but then again, so is Creighton.

Dayton’s potential depends entirely upon Javon Bennett’s health. If he’s good to go, I’m pencilling them in for the Final Four no matter the draw. May do it even if he’s out for the season.

Auburn is the only team I would consider an “underdog” that has a top-22 KenPom offense & top-32 KenPom defense.

Every winner since 2001 has been ranked in both categories.

The other 7 are 1/2 seeds:
UConn
Houston
Marquette
Purdue
Tennessee
UNC
Arizona

ETA: I think Creighton is in there too

Narrowed down to four

I'd call UK an underdog considering that they'll need to score 120 a game to win it all.
