Because we weren’t right for each other…
…and she was kind of a bitch
I sort of wanted to get back together, but not really. It was the “starting over” that I mourned more than her specifically. Being done with her BS was a relief in many ways.
I in my heart felt it was the best thing that was ever going to happy to me in the end. I was right, about 13 months after we broke up, I went on a date with my now wife. It ultimately was the best thing that happened to me.
ETA: just realized this is a woman asking. Nah, he’s sick of your shite. Let that man be in peace.
