I think his point is had we not bent the knee to the toothless NCAA we would be in a better position than we are now.

And I agree. Scott was scared and weak.

Does Wade bear any responsibility in this at all? Who created the mess to begin with. I’ll admit that Woodward and LSU didn’t back Wade but that was some shoddy recruiting.

Many say that Scott was being threatened with a football investigation, so he wisely toed the line on the MUCH less important sport.
