I don't work at Methanex. A good friend of mine works at Koch in St. James and says often times people leave there to go to Methanex and then try and get back to Koch. So take that for what it's worth.

Pay for operations is mostly similar among local plants. Some places pay DOE and others have a defined progression. Stability can come into play if you're at a union represented site. There's a lot of variables to consider.
