There were 99k homes for sale, as displayed on the giant realtor sign on I-85 just north of the Grady curve in 2008.

I remember that sign too, very interesting seeing that number wildly fluctuate during the Great Recession.

I am curious. This has been going on for awhile right? How is someone's political party going to stop it? These companies will pay lobbyist to lobby politicians to vote in their favor..

What sort of regulations do you support to stop this from happening? What about foreigners purchasing homes in the US? One third of a Florida is owned by non-Americans.
