SpaceX fully expects to have the launch license in time to launch by the end of the week... if not Thursday then surely by Friday
The main issue will be the weather and if mother nature will decide to cooperate with a launch
Also... Elon has apparently said he hopes to have around 6 more Starship launches by the end of the year
Of note... Starship S29 is already in its test campaign... having done a spin prime yesterday
