Still waiting on the FAA to issue the license for tomorrow's proposed flight test

But the weather is still the main concern as the forecasted wind speeds for tomorrow may be outside of parameters for launch

As of now though... everyone seems to be setting up that launch will happen tomorrow between 7 & 9 AM

I thought the plan was just to belly flop the starship but controlled propulsion "landing" of the booster in the gulf
