I'd put Superica in the middle to lower second tier of Tex Mex in Houston.
It's iight.
OP, skate down 610 to Urbe in Uptown Park. Counter service for brunch/lunch...the guy that owns it also owns what are widely considered the best upscale, actual Mexican food places in Houston (Hugo's, Caracol, Xochi)...but Urbe is more approachable.
