Point taken...but at least he has that "serious MVP candidate" aspect...working for him. That's been known to get you a "call or 2"...that you might not ordinarily get.

Hes a guard and small. Refs usually see him get tossed and hit and think hes fouled.

To me with Zion its the Shaq problem. Hes so big he absorbs contact and refs think hes not getting fouled.

SGA is not a black eye on the league publicity wise and he has earned his stripes by playing enough games.

I think the biggest reason why Zion doesn't get more calls is because our entire team is pretty good at getting to the line. We've been one of the top teams that gets to the line since Willie got here. And the refs don't want to call every foul for Zion because of it because that will definitely put us at the top of the league in FTAs.

OKC outside of SGA don't get to the line often so he gets all the calls. It's unfair and unfortunate for Zion. Hopefully things change after this playoff run.
