That’s not the shoe causing you to lean forward. Sounds like a technique issue. Lifters will have your heel elevated higher than your normal workout shoe. Typically used for Olympic lifts like front squat, snatch and cleans. For deadlifts, you want something completely opposite. Chuck Taylors work nice. Check out some CrossFit shoes. That’s your best compromise between the two
