You live in the 504 area bud? I'd love to hit what you're smoking.

"Top 25 players" "Mauck"

Mauck was pretty terrible in multiple big games. Especially the Championship game vs OU. Could have cost us the title easily. Fumble at the goal line, pick while in Fg range nearly returned to the house. Think OU scored it's only TD besides from blocked punt as a result. Fumbled vs Georgia when we were in FG range to run out clock or kick FG to go up 10 at worst. Gave Ole Miss a TD to start game, which would have cost us if their all sec kicker doesn't choke twice from 30 yards. Etc...

Huge leader for LSU.
Mathieu owes his career to him.
And not to mention his health and wellbeing

ok. win a Nc and set out Single season passing TD record.

25 is probably generous or at least position biased

Better make that top 5 by era because Johnny Robinson, Steve Van Buren, Abe Mikal, and Jimmy Taylor need a close look.

Bert Jones easily in the top 5. Admittedly I didn’t see him play in person, I’ve gone on multiple deep dives and watched countless hours of highlights (there’s a shite load) and read about Bert Jones. When they asked Bill Belichick if he could choose any QB in history to lead the Patriots other than Tom Brady he said Bert Jones. This was in 2016 several decades after he retired.

Billy Cannon and Joe Burrow are an easy 1/2. Faulk should be top 5 as well. For the last spot Hodson is probably the popular answer but I haven’t watched enough of his highlights nor do I know much about him, so I’d just be talking out of my arse.

We have too many good players for PP7 to be top 5 IMO. Love the confidence and being a great representation of LSU though.

Jayden Daniels instead of peterson. He won the heisman. sorry PP7.

You can’t win the Heisman as a defensive player now

It’s always great fun to suppose… and to his credit PP7 knows one or two things about the game

I love Landry but this is an insanely bad take.

Why?

Cannon, Casanova, & Stovall wouldn’t touch the field in today’s game

What a moronic post.

Billy Cannon Jr. was a first round draft pick for the Cowboys in 1984. Obviously the family has superior genetics.

Also players from prior eras would have access to modern training and nutrition. It’s not like they are beaming into 2024 with their leather helmets.
