Yes the nc state player touched the ball but the ball was still in the Oakland players hand when he let it go.

The N C State players finger did touch it, but the Oakland guy threw the ball thru the touch and was still touching it. It was the correct call.

Yeah, I think everyone got so focused on the ball hitting the NC State player’s pinky that they didn’t actually notice that the follow through was clearly off Oakland.
