The biggest difference is not being able to carry your phone in on competition rounds.
Otherwise, except for more people and more excitement, it’s basically the same.

Did they recently start allowing phones in practice rounds? In the past it’s been cameras only.
Either way OP, experience it and enjoy it. You can watch it on tv next year.

I got my ticket package for Wednesday and there are several notices saying no phones at all, just a camera
