Baton Rouge has the 6th largest oil refinery in America. Garyville (40 miles away) is the 4th. Lake Charles has the 8th largest. Number 1 is in Port Arthur, right on the southwest border between us and Texas. This entire region would be a glowing wasteland 1 minute after DC was hit if the buttons were pushed.

I think what I am getting at is the fact that if it goes down between USA and Russia, there will be no less than 200 icbms with six warheads apiece.

Don't forget Grand Gulf nuclear power plant in Port Gibson is just on the other side of the river!
