1) No one watches that shite show anymore.

2) The press CAN be the enemy when they lie in an attempt to form their narrative then write embellished bullshite stories.

3) Unless they have Mulkey raping children on tape, this story will get buried in less than 24hrs once released.

It will be about her "abuse" of players and staff, and "racism".

You can 100% bet on it without question.

The media hates her because they don't like her politics. You can find these kinds of allegations on literally any coach. They have to discipline, fire people, cut players.

They make a lot of enemies. They choose doing this for Mulkey for 1 reason, and 1 reason only.

If he can successfully saddle Mulkey with the racist tag, then she will have difficulty recruiting in the future.

The key here is that the writer is a South Carolina graduate. The Gamecocks were favored to win the national championship last year, but LSU won it instead. It appears that he is trying to weaken his alma mater's biggest threat to the title. I mean, even if he has a legitimate case against her, he should recuse himself from the story due to his ties to the University of South Carolina and related conflicts of interest. Has any of the media asked Dawn Staley if she put him up to this, or if she approves of what he is doing?
