My 10 year old trifold started falling apart and I wanted something thinner so I didn't feel like I was sitting on a Costanza wallet.

Went with a bifold and the thing is bigger, and just a thick.

Just looking for something that can hold like 10 cards and a few big bills. Feel good front or back carry. TIA

Went with one of these and couldn’t be happier. One less thing to carry and don’t have a bunch of unnecessary things on me.

King's Loot Hybrid Wallet

I've been very happy with this.

Mine was made in a Florentine leather shop. Then a Covington bartender ruined it by ripping my ID out of the mesh sleeve it sits behind and tearing the stitching. She told me she would pick up my tab and then never did. I normally would have called her on it, but I was at a wedding and didn't want to make a scene.

I'm on my 3rd one of these- reasonably priced, lasts 6-7 years, plenty of pockets for as many cards as I need to carry.

ETA: What wore out on my last one was the ID pocket- I had a backup ID and my current ID in there, and it blew out the plastic protector. Everything else was in good shape.

Don't carry a wallet. 99% of the stuff you have in there you don't need 99% of the time.

I like my zClip. Super slim and durable. Enough for some cash and 3-5 cards.

Bc of the metal clip, I had to start carrying in front pocket. It would eventually create a hole in my back pocket from sitting. But it’s slim enough that I now prefer front pocket wallet

Have a great Filson leather wallet. High quality will last as long as you want it to.

I bought a coach wallet a while back that had an insert that holds an id and a couple credit cards. I don’t even use the main wallet. I just carry the insert. It’s a great little wallet.

I made it, and it is the only one I carry now. Holds five or six cards and some cash. Front, back pocket, shirt pocket, any pocket carry.

For many years, I carried a work ID as a wallet and had a second container for my personal cards and IDs in a front pocket. This worked well for me. My fahter had a huge tri-fold which grew to the point that he was hurting his lower back from sitting on that fat wallet. We went through it and tossed a lot of junk and we then shifted his wallet carry to his front pocket. Solved a few problems.

Here is what we carry and another if you really must carry a lot of cards.

Slim Clip

I don't know about great, but I have a minimalist Bellroy that I like well enough. Every time I look at doing something else I decide it's not really worth trying to change

Which is pretty rare for me, to be honest, I'm usually willing to pay to try new stuff or for very incremental upgrades.

The Bellroy bifold front pocket wallet is the best I’ve owned by far. I previously had a Saddleback bifold and it was a brick and I started having back problems from sitting on it.

The Bellroy holds everything I need and is ultra slim and well made. They are pricey though.
