What good could a scumbag con artist do for the world? He doesn’t need to be able to influence anymore people. He belongs under the jail.

Judge Kaplan going hard right now. Very curious to see what sentence he hands down.

20 years, will be out in 10

I wonder if getting to live that insane billionaire life is worth 10 years in country club prison
Posted on 3/28/24 at 10:52 am to BilbeauTBaggins
Lil bro gonna get jacked doing dips all day and walking the track on the yard for 21.25 years.

Not how it works with the feds. He will do 85% of his time in the camp and the rest on release.

Yea. Did they off SBF a plea? Surely he could have pled to less time, no?

That can’t be right. I was informed by the experts here that he would get off with community service because he’s a dem donor.

for the amount of money he swindled, I would say 25 years is similar to community service....

25 years is actually light for what he did. He's no better than Madoff and Madoff got 150 years.
Have any of the Dem politicians he donated other people's money to ever pay back any of that money to the receiver overseeing FTX assets?
Posted on 3/28/24 at 11:07 am to BilbeauTBaggins
Just how do they propose the FTX customer's get their money back?

I believe you aren’t eligible for country club prison until you have less than 10 years left. So SBF will likely be in a medium for a certain amount of time and then a low, before spending the last 10 years in a camp.
I can’t remember the exact rules though.

He went to a very amusing trial. And he lost.

The one thing that billionaires have in common is that they can be with the hottest women imaginable, and this dumbass chooses that.
He should get 10 extra years for that alone. He let every guy on planet earth down with that lapse in judgment.
