Maybe you ski blues and blacks and she can't get off the lift?

Maybe you like deep sea fishing and she's prone to motion sickness?

Maybe you like hiking and camping and she can't walk .5 miles without needing to stop for air, a burger and diet coke.

Maybe you work remotely and can travel without needing to take time off and she can't.

There are THOUSANDS of reasons that have nothing to do with not loving your wife or loving traveling with her. Hobbies, availability and interests are frequently very different and it's a good thing to cultivate those differences in each other and celebrate them so you're both better versions of yourselves for each other.
