no probably not. That's a lot of numbers to crunch. I'd say that there were dozens of NYC and DC officers killed in the line of duty during Trump's term when he was in those cities and it's extremely likely he was out playing golf on more than one occasion. Doesn't mean he hates cops or America any more than it does for the 3 past dem presidents
Just my opinion, YMMV

Perhaps. It wouldn’t surprise me. but I’d love to see something remotely backing up this completely speculative allegation.
Should be pretty easy to find. The media was apoplectic over anything they could possibly think of during Trump’s presidency.
I can point to one where Biden was in town and went to a fundraiser instead.
